TIM SA, with its seat in Wrocław, operating in compliance with § 5 section 1 point 22 of the Ordinance of Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodical information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for approving as equivalent information, required by the law of a non-member state (Polish Journal of Laws dated 2009, No. 33, item 259), would like to inform that on 21.06.2016, the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA appointed Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk, Andrzej Kusz, and Andrzej Kasperek as members of the Supervisory Board of TIM SA.
Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk’s term of office as the Member of TIM SA Supervisory Board will expire by the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA approving financial statements of TIM SA for 2018.
Mr. Andrzej Kusz’s term of office as the Member of TIM SA Supervisory Board will expire by the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA approving financial statements of TIM SA for 2018.
Mr. Andrzej Kasperek’s term of office as the Member of TIM SA Supervisory Board will expire by the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA approving financial statements of TIM SA for 2017.
The curriculum vitae of the Supervisory Board members attached to this report contain descriptions of educational background, competence, previously held positions, as well as professional experience of Members of TIM SA Supervisory Board.
According to the declaration received from Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk, Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk does not conduct activities that would be competitive to TIM SA, as well as does not participate in a competitive company as a partner of a private partnership, a partnership, or as a member of the body of a capital company. He also does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its bodies.
Moreover, Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk, according to the made declaration, has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors managed pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
According to the declaration received from Mr. Andrzej Kusz, Mr. Andrzej Kusz does not conduct activities that would be competitive to TIM SA, as well as does not participate in a competitive company as a partner of a private partnership, a partnership, or as a member of the body of a capital company.
